Publishing is half the job. The other half is replying, and that usually means jumping between accounts, apps and notifications until you lose track.
Engagement brings all of that into a single screen.
What it does
- Pulls in the comments on your Instagram and Facebook posts.
- Groups them by account, so you can work through them client by client.
- Lets you reply without leaving Planer: write, send and move on to the next one.
- Also shows replies in the thread, so you see the whole conversation.
You need at least one Instagram or Facebook account connected. If you haven't done that yet, go to Social accounts → Connect Instagram.
Why it matters
The first few minutes after posting are the ones that move reach the most. Having the comments at hand — not in another app — makes replying quickly the norm rather than the exception.
