If you design in Canva, the workflow until now was always the same: export, download, find the file, upload it to Planer. Four steps to move one image from one place to another.
Now Canva and Planer talk to each other directly.
What you can do
- Connect your Canva account once from Settings.
- Browse your designs from Planer and pick the one you want to use.
- Add it to a post without leaving the calendar.
How to connect it
Go to Settings → Integrations and choose Canva. You'll be taken to Canva to authorize access and come back to Planer with the account already linked. You can disconnect it whenever you want from the same screen.
The connection is per Planer account. If you work with several clients, your Canva designs are available in every calendar you manage.
